BEVENING gowns are prepared with care before dispatch. Please read the shipping timeline and important notes below.


1. Processing Time

EN: Each BEVENING gown requires 3–5 business days for order processing and quality inspection before it is shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

EN: Standard delivery time is 15–20 business days, depending on your destination and local customs clearance. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

中文: 标准运输时效为 15–20 个工作日,实际时间会因收件国家/地区及清关速度有所不同。发货后我们会通过邮箱向您发送物流追踪号。

3. Shipping Origin & Carriers

EN: Orders are shipped from our main production facility. We work with reliable partners such as DHL, FedEx and local express services to deliver worldwide.

4. Customs & Duties

EN: International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

EN: After your order is shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking link will be sent to you. You can check your package status anytime.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

EN: Delays may occasionally happen due to customs, weather or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived after the estimated time, please contact us and we will assist you.
