I. Orders, Shipping & Fees
Processing & Timeframe
- All orders will be reviewed and processed within 1-3 business days.
- From the date you place your order, we estimate it will take 15 to 20 business days for the package to be delivered to you. This is a global estimate and may be extended due to customs clearance processes in the destination country.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Bevening provides complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
- The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other additional fees that may be incurred on international orders. Bevening cannot predict these charges and does not cover these costs.
Shipping Terms & Liability
- Third-Party Forwarders: If you use a freight forwarder or any third-party shipping agent as your delivery address, the item is deemed successfully delivered once it is handed over to that address. Bevening is not responsible for any issues occurring thereafter, including loss, damage, or customs problems. This risk is entirely your responsibility.
- Transit Risk: Bevening is not liable for any packages lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your valuable item.
- Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
II. Returns, Exchanges & Craftsmanship Assurance
Core Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our gowns, each piece forms a unique bond with its owner upon completion. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns, provide refunds, or facilitate exchanges. All sales are final.
Craftsmanship Assurance
We promise to conduct a strict quality check on every gown before dispatch. If you believe your item has a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear evidence (photos/video). We will review your case individually and seek a fair resolution.
Please note: Slight, unique traces of handcraftsmanship are part of the product's artistic value and are not considered defects.
